CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations requests must be received before 04h00 PM, the day prior to arrival. All cancellations received after the requested delay will automatically result in a charge equivalent to the rate of the first night, plus applicable taxes.
 
MODIFICATIONS
All modification of arrival or departure date must be communicated a minimum of 24h before the initially confirmed date of check-in or check-out. All modifications received outside of the minimum delay will result in a charge equivalent to one night, plus applicable taxes.
 
GUARANTEES
A valid credit card number is required upon reservation, as a guarantee to hold the reservation. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a charge equal to the first night, plus applicable taxes, will be charged on the credit card. A valid credit card is also requested upon check-in, to be preauthorized for an amount equivalent to the total of the stay, plus a deposit of 100 $ to 500$ depending on number of room occupants, length of stay and room type reserved.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

Room availability is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Early check-in before 4:00 p.m. is available subject to room availability and at the hotel’s discretion. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be confirmed only on-site, on the day of arrival. Additional fees may apply, at the hotel’s discretion, depending on the check-in time, room availability, and the rate booked.

 CHECK-IN TIME
Room availability for check-in is guaranteed from 04h00 PM on day of arrival. Check-in prior to 04h00 PM is subject to availability. Check-in prior to 12h00 PM can be possible, according to availability and subject to at least a 50$ early check-in fee.
 
CHECK-OUT TIME

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of departure.

Late check-out may be authorized subject to room availability and at the hotel’s discretion. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be confirmed only on-site, on the day of departure.

Additional fees may apply for late check-out, at the hotel’s discretion, depending on the departure time, hotel occupancy, and the rate booked. Any unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

 
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT
We are proud to offer our guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common area. All violation of the non-smoking policy will automatically result in a 250 $ charge. Smoking is only authorized on our rooftop terrace.
 
PRIVACY POLICY
We value your privacy, therefore please rest assured that all of the information you provide us with will be kept confidential and will be used only by Hotel Les Suites Labelle. We will not provide your personal information to anyone else, under any circumstances.
 
CHILD POLICY
Children under 12 years old stay for free when sharing the room with their parents. A maximum of 2 children staying for free is accepted. Additional child will be considered as an adult.
 
MINIMUM AGE
Guests must be at least 18 years old in order to check-in at the hotel. All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
